This project consists of a total of approximately 150,000 s.f. of TingWall™ "65" Non-Thermally-Broken System and was completed in 2001. The two "65" systems used are the exposed frame system with insulated with concealed vents & spandrel glass and the hidden frame system with aluminum panels. Some of the unique features on this project are curved panels on the back of the building and a spherical protrusion at the penthouse area as shown in the pictures below.
