  Kossman Development Company designed and constructed Omega I Corporate Center in 1999. In the year 2000, this Class A, state-of-the-art office building received the "Suburban Building of the Year" Award from the Building Owners and Manager Association("BOMA")

The project utilized the TingWall System, the most advanced curtain wall technology, with non-thermally broken aluminum TingWall extrusions. There have been no water leakage or interior water condensation problems since its completion. We are very happy with TingWall performances on Omega I Corporate Center and plan to use TingWall in the design of several new buildings in the near future.
